Formed in 2004, Adelante delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for Hispanic/Latino employees and their supporters. Formerly known as the Hispanic Heritage Network, the group selected “Adelante” as its new name in 2016 to better reflect its core mission to help members advance and move forward.
Today, Adelante provides its members with a range of professional development opportunities including access to senior leadership, interactive workshops and coaching sessions, and opportunities to give back to the local community. Adelante partners with organizations such as the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), and Proud to Be Latina (PTBL) on mutually beneficial talent sourcing opportunities and best practice gathering. With active chapters in Denver, New York, and Mexico City and proposed networks in Houston and London, Adelante continues to increase its global presence across the Company.

Founded in 2007, APEX delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for Pan-Asian employees and their supporters. Since its inception, APEX has played an increasingly larger role in attracting and developing Asian talent to S&P Global as the company’s physical presence in the Asia-Pacific region has grown.
Through workshops, senior leader speaker series and training sessions that expose our employees to experts in business success in Asia-Pacific, APEX is known for delivering high quality content that deepens market understanding and cultural agility and appreciation. With active chapters in Ahmedabad, Charlottesville, Denver, Islamabad, London, Manila, New York, and Singapore, APEX continues to increase its global presence across the Company. APEX’s partnerships with organizations such as Ascend (a Pan-Asian Leadership Organization) and Community Business are a few examples of our commitment to the vital and growing Asian talent segment.
Offers the Breakfast with BOLD and Leader of Color series, designed to provide members with access to the firm’s leadership team to help create a platform for networking, sharing of knowledge and the creation of opportunities.
Formed in 2006, BOLD delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for Black employees and their supporters. One of the first ERGs to form at the company, the group is focused on attracting Black employees to S&P Global and providing them with valuable development opportunities for personal and professional achievement.
BOLD’s programming allows members to access opportunities that will help them build critical business and leadership skills as well as gain exposure to senior executives. On-going events such as the “Leader of Color Series” or “Breakfast with BOLD” attract our most senior leaders and provide forums for members to openly discuss topics critical to Black employees’ success. BOLD has longstanding partnerships with the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP), National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA).

Founded in 2015, ParentsNet delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for career-minded parents, caregivers, and their supporters. Working closely with S&P Global’s Total Rewards team to offer a rich portfolio of family-friendly resources, benefits and policies, ParentsNet serves as a powerful voice at the company to influence change that positively impacts thousands of employees.
Through informal mentoring, extensive workshops and speaker series with noted experts in parenting or caregiving, ParentsNet is an essential ally for employees through all child or elder life cycles. With active chapters in India, Islamabad, Manila, New York and Singapore and proposed networks in Charlottesville, Houston, and London, ParentsNet continues to increase its global presence across the Company.

Founded in 2007, REACH delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for employees impacted by disabilities and their supporters. REACH seeks to create an environment that empowers people impacted by disabilities to reach their full potential and positively affect our markets and communities.
By implementing workshops and guest speakers focused on topics relevant to those with disabilities, or parents or caretakers of those with disabilities, REACH plays a central role in facilitating progress through sharing information and tools. REACH partners with organizations such as YAI and Disability:IN to conduct professional development sessions, discover best practices and provide resources on how to serve disabled employees and communities.

Founded in 2005, Spectrum delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) employees and their allies. Spectrum is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where LGBTQ employees are encouraged to bring their whole selves to the workplace.
As a sign of this commitment, Spectrum launched the S&P Global Global Ally Program in 2017. The program encourages allies to visibly support LGBTQ colleagues in the workplace and helps to create an environment where they can expand their opportunities to form authentic work relationships. With active chapters in Colorado, Hong Kong, London, Manila, Melbourne, Mexico City, New York, and Singapore, and proposed networks in Buenos Aires and Sao Paolo, Spectrum continues to increase its global presence across the Company. This presence is amplified by strong partnerships with external organizations including Open Finance, Out & Equal, Pink Dot and Stonewall UK.

With an ever-expanding network of 25+ global chapters, WINS offers workshops that provide women with the skills they need to advance and grow. Programming centers around our Company’s Leadership Essentials, including content that drives skill-building in Adopting a World View, Executing with Discipline and Elevating People to name a few. WINS corporate responsibility commitment extends into our communities through mentoring students at all grade levels, sponsoring robotics competitions and supporting women externally through career planning guidance.
